This appointment follows the retirement of Mrs. Cecilia Umaru Gayya, the former Director-General, who concluded her tenure after years of dedicated service to the institution.
Mr. Eniaiyejuni, who previously served as the Director of Studies at ASCON, brings a wealth of experience to the role. A former teacher and administrator, he has lived in the Age-Mowo community for over four decades, earning a reputation for excellence and integrity.
He is married to a distinguished indigene of Ikoga-Zebbe, further strengthening his deep-rooted ties to the Badagry division. His elevation to the top administrative position at ASCON has been received with enthusiasm across the local community, who see it as a testament to the talent and leadership within the region.
Stakeholders within ASCON and the wider public service have expressed optimism that Mr. Eniaiyejuni’s tenure will usher in continued reforms, staff development, and institutional growth at the college.
The appointment takes immediate effect.
