N unidentified two-year-old handsome boy has been discovered abandoned at a dumpsite in the Iganmu area of Lagos State.

The Lagos State Police Command confirmed the incident on Tuesday through its spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, who revealed that the child was found on Monday night by a Good Samaritan. The boy was subsequently taken to the nearest police station for safety.

Sharing the development on his X.com handle (formerly Twitter), Hundeyin appealed to the public for assistance in reuniting the child with his family.

“Found child: This boy of about two years old was found last night at the Sari Iganmu dumpsite by a Good Samaritan and brought to the station. Kindly share to enable him to reunite with his family,” Hundeyin wrote.
