In recognition of his dedication to educational advancement, the Executive Chairman of Badagry Local Government, Hon. Onilude Segun Adeniran, has been conferred with the prestigious Fellowship of the National Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP).

According to a statement release by his media aide, Mr. Kriko Augustine, the induction ceremony, led by NAEAP’s National President, Prof. Gospel Kpee, took place today at the Badagry Local Government Council premises. This historic event marked the first time the association has conducted an inauguration outside its regular conventions.

Speaking after receiving the honor, Hon. Onilude expressed gratitude to NAEAP for recognizing his efforts. "It is an immense privilege to be inducted into the Council of Fellow of this renowned body. As an educator and educational administrator, this award holds a special place in my heart. It serves as a testament to our administration's commitment to improving education in Badagry. I thank my family and all those who have supported me on this journey," he said.

Prof. Gospel Kpee commended Hon. Onilude’s administration for its remarkable grassroots contributions to education, including sponsoring local representatives at NAEAP’s recent conference. "Hon. Onilude’s initiatives reflect an exemplary commitment to educational development, and we are proud to recognize his efforts," Prof. Kpee stated.

The event was attended by top local government officials, including Vice-Chairman Hon. Elizabeth Kappo, Leader of the House Hon. Taofik Aremu Akindele, and Secretary to the Local Government Hon. Moses Gbetogo Opa, among others.

This recognition underscores Hon. Onilude's ongoing efforts to make Badagry a hub for educational excellence while preserving its rich cultural heritage.
