Alhaji Muyideen Bello, a renowned Islamic cleric, has passed away. The announcement of his death was made on Friday morning by another prominent Islamic scholar, Alfa Aribidesi of At-Tawdeeh Islamic Da’awah.
Confirming the news, a popular cleric and follower of the late Bello, Alhaji Basit Olanrewaju, widely known as Aponle Anabi, also shared an image of the 84-year-old scholar on his official Facebook page, accompanied by tearful emojis.
Born in 1940 in Ibadan, Alhaji Muyideen Bello was widely revered for his profound teachings and unwavering commitment to Islamic scholarship.
