Chief Ajose, who also served as the Deputy Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos, was a distinguished administrator and a committed leader renowned for his contributions to the growth of Lagos State and the development of Badagry. His tenure as Head of Service during the governorship of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was marked by excellence and dedication to public service.
In a heartfelt statement posted on Facebook , Governor Sanwo-Olu described Chief Ajose’s passing as a significant loss to the state and the APC. "Chief Ajose was a pivotal figure in the progress of our party and a passionate advocate for the development of Badagry and Lagos State at large. His absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him," the governor said.
Sanwo-Olu extended his condolences to members of the GAC, leaders of the APC, and the people of Badagry, who were particularly close to Chief Ajose. He also prayed for strength and comfort for his family and friends during this difficult time.
The governor emphasized that Chief Ajose's legacy of service and dedication would continue to inspire future generations. His contributions to public administration and grassroots development remain a testament to his commitment to a better Lagos.
