Afrobeat musician Seun Kuti has declared that he would walk out of heaven if he ever finds a Nigerian politician there.

Speaking during an Instagram live session, Kuti expressed disbelief that many Nigerian politicians aspire to enter heaven despite their alleged corruption. He argued that if such figures were granted entry, it would indicate that even heaven is tainted by corruption.

"Despite how corrupt Nigerian politicians are, they still want to make heaven. Yemi Osinbajo is also a pastor. With everything happening in this country, these politicians still want to go to heaven," he said.

Kuti further stated, "If I died and the Christian and Muslim fantasy of heaven turns out to be real, and I see even one Nigerian politician there, I will leave immediately. That would mean corruption has reached heaven."

His remarks have sparked discussions online, with many weighing in on his stance regarding morality and governance in Nigeria.
