On his inaugural day in office, President Donald Trump wasted no time in making his presence felt, enacting a series of measures that underscored his commitment to fulfilling campaign promises. The White House, through its verified Facebook page, highlighted the president's swift and decisive actions, declaring, “President Trump is delivering results from Day One—and he’s just getting started!”  

According to the post, the president signed 42 Executive Orders, Memoranda, and Proclamations, paving the way for immediate policy shifts. These actions covered a range of issues, reflecting his administration’s priorities, including economic reforms, border security, and regulatory changes.  

In addition, 115 Personnel Actions were completed, signaling a robust start to filling key government positions. The administration also recorded over 200 Executive Actions, a testament to its readiness to implement its agenda.  

President Trump also engaged with the media, spending 60 minutes in a press Q&A session, where he reiterated his administration’s focus on delivering results.  

The White House emphasized the president's commitment to the American people with the statement: “Promises Made, PROMISES KEPT.”  

This proactive approach on Day One demonstrates the Trump administration’s intent to maintain momentum and deliver tangible results early in its term. As the president himself noted during the day’s events, “This is just the beginning.”
