The Senayon Olufemi Kuton (SOK) Foundation marked a significant milestone in its philanthropic journey by empowering 150 widows and vulnerable individuals in Badagry. The outreach, held at the Attah Complex, Badagry Roundabout, reflected the foundation's unwavering commitment to uplifting underserved communities across Badagry Central, Badagry West, and Olorunda Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs), report by CityMood Badagry says 

The event, now in its third edition, brought hope and relief to beneficiaries, with Mrs. Oluwakemi Wusu, Head of the Agric Department, Badagry West LCDA, encouraging recipients to maximize the impact of the support they received. “This empowerment is an opportunity to create lasting value. Invest wisely in ventures that can secure a brighter future,” she advised.  

High Chief Fihento of Badagry Kingdom commended the foundation's transformative efforts, stating, “The SOK Foundation’s dedication to supporting widows and vulnerable individuals is commendable. Their consistent efforts are bringing hope and change to many in our community.”  

Other dignitaries in attendance included Rev. Olufemi Akinbo; Mr. Sejiro Asokere, Council Manager, Ojo Local Government; Dr. Sewedo Samuel, Chief of Staff to the BLG Chairman; and Dr. Sewhude Akande, CEO of CityMood Communications.  

One of the beneficiaries, Mr. Iroko Emmanuel, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the financial aid and items received. “This support will alleviate immediate challenges and help me sustain my family. I’m deeply thankful for this assistance,” he said.  

The SOK Foundation continues to make a significant impact in Badagry, reinforcing its mission to bring hope and empowerment to the most vulnerable.
