In a heartfelt tribute to the late Dr. Sunny Ajose, former Apex Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Badagry, Prince Sunday Oke has distributed free Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) forms to 20 students in the Apa community of Badagry-West Local Council Development Area (LCDA).

Prince Oke, who served as a media aide to the late political icon, said the initiative was a way to honor Dr. Ajose’s enduring legacy, particularly his commitment to education and youth empowerment.

Speaking during the distribution exercise, Oke highlighted the late leader’s unwavering belief in prioritizing education before venturing into politics.

“Dr. Ajose was a pillar of education and a firm advocate for youth development. He always encouraged young people to focus on their studies before considering a career in politics. This gesture is my way of keeping his legacy alive,” he said.

The APC stalwart, who is also a chairmanship aspirant in the forthcoming Lagos State Local Government elections, assured that the initiative would continue in subsequent years.

“To immortalize Baba Ajose, I will make this an annual program. By 2026, more indigent students from the Apa community will benefit from free JAMB forms,” he added.

He described the late Ajose as a man of integrity and a relentless advocate for the progress of Badagry Division.

“Dr. Ajose lived an exemplary and impactful life. He fought for fairness, justice, and development. We will always remember and uphold his values,” Oke affirmed.

The initiative has been widely praised as a fitting tribute to the late political leader, whose contributions to Badagry’s growth remain indelible.
