Hon. Hodewu Suru Avoseh, a leading contender for the chairmanship of Badagry Local Government, has reaffirmed his commitment to infrastructural development, education, and healthcare as core priorities of his administration if elected. His vision gained further traction following a resounding supports from the influential leaders of Ward G (Ajido).  

Avoseh, a versatile teacher by profession, is a former two-term lawmaker at the Lagos State House of Assembly for Badagry Constituency II. He is also the immediate past Commissioner at the Lagos State Civil Service Commission. Speaking to a team of supporters in Ajido, he expressed his desire to leverage his wealth of experience from both public and civil service to transform Badagry Local Government into a hub of development if elected.  

During a strategic familiarization meeting with Ward G’s core/40 leaders, Hon. Avoseh outlined his plans to improve essential public services, enhance educational opportunities, and strengthen healthcare systems across Badagry. Engaging with key figures such as Apex Leader Mr. Sulaimon Ajose, Alh. Najeemdeen Ojo (Chief Imam of Ajido Kingdom), and Hon. Aworonsu Kehinde, he emphasized the need for a people-centered governance approach. The leaders, acknowledging his track record and dedication, assured him of their unwavering support.  

Similarly, in Ward J (Topo-Dale), Hon. Avoseh’s campaign received a significant boost with strong supports from prominent figures, including Barr. Emmanuel Sunday Kappo, a Member of the Lagos State Audit Service Commission. Discussions in the ward focused on the importance of transparency, accountability, and sustainable development—all of which align with Hon. Avoseh’s leadership philosophy.  

With the supports of key stakeholders in both wards, Hon. Avoseh’s bid for the chairmanship continues to gain momentum. His engagements underscore his deep understanding of Badagry’s challenges and his readiness to deliver transformative leadership that prioritizes the needs of the people.
