In celebration of his 40th birthday, Dr. David Assogba, Chairman and CEO of Reftop Homes and Reftop Farm City, has donated 40 free JAMB forms to the office of Hon. Sesi Oluwaseun Whingan, the Member representing Badagry Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
The donation, which took place at the Sesi Whingan Free NIN Registration Centre in Ibereko, is aimed at supporting indigent students seeking access to higher education. Dr. Assogba, who is also the General Overseer of Life Point Church, emphasized his commitment to educational development as he marked this milestone in his life.
Speaking on behalf of the lawmaker, Chief Joshua Avigbe commended Dr. Assogba’s generosity, noting that it aligns with Hon. Whingan’s long-standing efforts to promote education and human capital development in Badagry.
In a significant boost to the initiative, Hon. Whingan announced that outstanding beneficiaries who excel in their JAMB examinations would be awarded scholarships to pursue university education. He urged the students to take full advantage of the opportunity, reaffirming his dedication to empowering young people in the constituency.
This gesture further underscores the importance of collaboration between private individuals and public officeholders in advancing education and fostering a brighter future for the youth of Badagry.
