Hon. Bola Oladipo, a chairmanship aspirant for Olorunda Local Council Development Area (LCDA), has reaffirmed her commitment to education, women, and youth development as core priorities of her administration if elected. She made this known on Sunday while celebrating her birthday with a small gathering of friends and associates at her residence on Itoga, Cele Keta Road.

Hon. Oladipo, a grassroots politician from Ward C, expressed her passion for improving basic education in the LCDA, emphasizing the need for well-equipped schools, trained teachers, and scholarships for underprivileged children. She also highlighted plans to empower women and youths through skill acquisition programs, entrepreneurship initiatives, and financial support for small businesses.

"As a woman and a mother, I understand the importance of education in shaping the future of our children. My administration will ensure that every child in Olorunda has access to quality basic education. Women and youth empowerment will also be a key focus because a thriving community is built on the strength of its people," she said.

Supporters and well-wishers at the event lauded her vision, describing her as a leader with a deep understanding of the community’s challenges. Many expressed confidence in her ability to bring meaningful change if given the mandate.

Hon. Oladipo’s aspiration adds to the growing number of female politicians seeking leadership positions in grassroots governance, a development many see as a positive shift toward inclusive representation in Olorunda LCDA.
