Princess Oluremi, a respected grassroots mobilizer and and a leading chairmanship hopeful in the forthcoming local government elections, emerged as the central figure at the gathering. Her commitment to President Tinubu’s renewed mandate was evident as she rallied supporters in large numbers and provided refreshments for all attendees, earning applause for her inclusive leadership and deep connection to the people.
The SHA, formerly known as the Mandate Movement, used the occasion to relaunch its mission with renewed vigor. Coordinator Mr. Abiodun Oku officially unveiled the group’s new logo and distributed branded materials to ward leaders, urging them to intensify grassroots mobilization efforts. “Our mission is singular—to ensure a landslide victory for President Tinubu in 2027,” Oku declared.
Also speaking, Hon. Bamgbose Joseph, Apex Leader of SHA in Badagry West and Director of Lagos West II for the Grassroots Movement for Tinubu (GMT), charged members to begin aggressive mobilization efforts immediately. “We cannot afford a repeat of past lapses. Our mobilization must be relentless and strategic,” he said.
Chairman of Badagry West LCDA, Mr. Gbenu Joseph Henugbe, reaffirmed the area’s loyalty to the President and highlighted ongoing federal projects as evidence of Tinubu’s commitment to national development. “This is the time to consolidate our support for the President’s second term,” he said.
Traditional and political leaders including Chief Ade Agoro echoed the call for robust engagement at the grassroots level. “Every ward must be alive, alert, and organized. What we build now will determine our influence in 2027,” he advised.
The high-energy meeting concluded with renewed momentum as the SHA vowed to leave no ward behind in its mission to deliver a decisive victory for President Tinubu come 2027.
