Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has officially dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The announcement followed a high-level, closed-door meeting held at the Government House in Asaba on Wednesday evening. Details of the meeting remain undisclosed, but sources say it involved top political stakeholders from both parties.
