The transformation, seen as a move to reposition the group in alignment with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, ushers in a new era of leadership and direction. As part of this shift, Prince Fagbamila Oluwadamilare, Hon. Akin Ogunlana, and Hon. Abiodun Oki have been named as coordinators across the three local government areas in Badagry.
Prince Oluwadamilare will oversee affairs in Olorunda LCDA, Hon. Ogunlana will coordinate activities in Badagry Local Government, while Hon. Oki takes charge in Badagry West LCDA.
This restructuring follows the legacy of the former Mandate Group, once led by political icon Cardinal James Odunmbaku, popularly known as “Baba Eto.” The emergence of the Sustainable Hope Agenda Group reflects a broader strategy to inject fresh energy into grassroots politics and to consolidate support for the APC in key localities.
Party insiders describe the appointments as a tactical move to enhance inclusivity, empower youth, and strengthen the APC’s foothold in the Badagry axis.
