In a move to promote maternal health and improve access to essential medical diagnostics, Bioclinix Diagnostics Care Limited is set to offer a two-day free ultrasound scan for pregnant women in Badagry.

The initiative, tagged “Scan Badagry”, will hold on the 11th and 12th of April 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, at Bioclinix Diagnostics Care Limited, located on LA Primary School Road, Mowo, Olorunda, Badagry, Lagos State.

In addition to the free obstetric scan for expectant mothers, Bioclinix will also be offering other ultrasound scan services at a highly subsidized flat rate of ₦5,000. These include abdominal scans, prostate scans, breast scans, pelvic scans, thyroid scans, soft tissue scans, and more.

Speaking on the initiative, Dr. Isaac Olatunde, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bioclinix, described the outreach as a gesture of corporate social responsibility. He stated that the goal is to "give back to the society, make medical services more affordable for the people of Badagry, and ultimately help save lives."

The program is open to all women within the Badagry axis and aims to encourage early detection and timely medical intervention through affordable and accessible diagnostic services.
